Pokémon Go’s "Precious Pals" event features a strange array of Pokémon. Some of them have buddy requirements to evolve, some need a ton of candy, and some are... Goldeen. This event runs from Jan. 20-25.

This event has a few bonuses, including additional Candy XL with your buddy. You'll also get more hearts with your buddy Pokémon during this event, and a few of the featured Pokémon have had their evolution requirements lessened during the event period. Sylveon will only require 20 buddy hearts, Pangoro will only require 10 caught dark-type Pokémon, and Pawmot will only need 5 km walked.

Additionally, shiny Fidough will be making its debut with this event, so keep your eyes out for a toasted bread dog.
